As an Outpatient Psychiatrist, you will be pivotal in transforming lives through exceptional psychiatric care.

Compensation

• Competitive Salary: $300K+ first year base compensation (commensurate to years of experience - post residency and any other specialized trainings, such as Child/Adolescent psychiatry).
• Additional Earning Potential- PA Leadership: Supplement your income and become an industry leader by providing (optional) supervision to Physican Assistants (PAs). Earn a generous stipend leading as few as 1 PA to no more than 7 PAs with the opportunity to earn up to 50%+ of your base compensation.
• Additional Earning Potential - Prescriber Bonuses: Earn (quarterly) caseload and holistic care bonuses.
