Qualifikationen

• Licensure: Current PA Registered Nurse license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Three years nursing management experience required, five years preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices.
• Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others' activities with leadership abilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all aspects of the facility Nursing Departments and ensure delivery of quality care.
• Provide administrative management, staff training and supervision, and chart/medical record audits.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and perform direct patient care as needed.
• Implement and enforce policies, coach staff, and conduct performance reviews.
• Communicate effectively via shift reports, unit meetings, and one-to-one meetings; participate in cross-functional teams and committees.
