Job summary

Penn State Health Medical Group seeks a full-time, clinically licensed behavioral health therapist (LPC/LCSW) to provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents and their families at the Lancaster Pediatric Center. The role includes assessments, evidence-based therapies, and treatment planning within an interdisciplinary team.

Candidates must have a master’s degree in a related field, at least one year of psychiatric experience, and valid licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field required.
• One year of experience in the treatment of psychiatric patients required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents and their families within an interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment and discharge plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy focusing on ADHD, depression and anxiety.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies and perform case management as needed.
