Middle Flint Health & Wellness in Fort Valley, GA seeks a full-time C&A Outpatient Therapist to help children, adolescents, and families through evidence-based counseling. You'll conduct assessments, provide individual, group, and family therapy, and work with an interdisciplinary team to implement client-centered treatment plans.
The position requires licensure goals, licensure-track supervision, driving as needed, and willingness to transport clients.
Competenze
- Master's degree in a related field required.
- Valid, unrestricted Georgia Driver's License required.
- Ability to obtain LPC/LCSW/LMFT and/or CAC/CADC licensure within 2–2.5 years.
- Willingness to demonstrate progress toward licensure through supervision and evaluations.
- Ability to transport individuals served when required.
Mansioni
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individual, group, and family counseling.
- Apply diagnostic criteria and clinical formulations; develop client-centered treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team; document progress and meet productivity expectations.
- Occasionally transport individuals served as needed; participate in ongoing supervision for licensure.
