Focus Clinic seeks a Michigan-licensed or limited-licensed master’s-level therapist to support neuropsychological testing and counseling for children and adolescents with ADHD, learning differences, and related challenges. The role involves assessment administration, feedback sessions, and a strengths-based counseling approach under the supervision of a PhD psychologist.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Active Michigan license (LMSW/LLMSW, LPC/LLPC, LMFT/LLMFT) in good standing.
• Experience with children/adolescents; ADHD/executive functioning experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with testing procedures and forms.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and score neuropsychological and behavioral rating measures under supervision.
• Prepare patients and families for assessments and build rapport.
• Ensure test setup, timing, scoring, documentation, and secure handling of materials.
• Generate reports summarizing background, scales, results, and observations.
• Coordinate testing workflow and next steps communication.
• Provide in-person and telehealth counseling for children and families; align with strengths‑based model.
• Collaborate with medical providers to coordinate care and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with insurance and clinical standards.
