RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Social Worker MSW for the Child Adolescent Outpatient Behavioral Health program at Monmouth Medical Center. This role emphasizes direct psychotherapy, vital care coordination, and family advocacy in a supportive, clinical setting.

The position requires an MSW or equivalent, NJ LSW licensure (LCSW preferred), and 3–5 years of relevant pediatric psychiatry/outpatient behavioral health experience. Part-time day shift; 20 hours weekly.

Formación

• MSW or psychology-related Master’s degree required.
• Current New Jersey State clinical licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) is required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical practice in psychotherapy (individual, family, group).
• Coordinate care and treatment planning with the multidisciplinary team.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
• Ensure documentation complies with NJ state and Joint Commission standards.
