Be a Problem Solver Services is hiring part-time licensed child and adolescent mental health therapists for Fuquay Varina & Cary, NC. The base pay range is $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr. We are seeking therapists with a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Counseling, and a current full or associate license (LCSW, LFMT, or LCMHC) in North Carolina. Candidates must have current professional liability insurance and be credentialed with BCBS, United, Cigna, or Aetna, or be willing to obtain credentialing.
Our practice focuses on serving children, adolescents, families, and adults, with specialties including neurodiversity, ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, and depression. We value interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn, especially in play therapy approaches.
The role involves completing intake assessments, creating treatment plans, maintaining session notes, and providing evidence-based therapy, including play therapy if experienced or willing to learn. We offer flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, and in-office or telehealth options. This is a W2 position with benefits, including clinical supervision at a reduced rate for provisionally licensed counselors, 401(k), health insurance, and opportunities for advancement.
