Job summary

Betty Hardwick Center is seeking a full-time case manager to provide case management and skills training to Child and Adolescent Consumers and their families across multiple counties in Texas. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, and delivering treatment based on CANS calculations, with some evening and weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a social/behavioral/health-related field.
• Child and Adolescent Mental Health experience preferred.
• Must qualify to be a QMHP-CS.
• Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with some flexibility.
• Full‑time position with benefits.
• One-year step increase possible based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and skills training to Child and Adolescent Consumers and their families.
• Perform assessments, treatment planning, and administer treatment based on CANS calculations.
• Attend school ARD meetings, wraparound staffings, and CRCG meetings as needed as an advocate.
• Coordinate with schools, juvenile probation, CPS and other child-serving agencies.
• Travel expenses are covered by the Center as needed.
