Job summary

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in a Human Service field preferred.
• Six months to one year of direct childcare work.
• Ability to model organizational values and demonstrate crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and actively engage assigned children.
• Document observations and updates in shift notes and medical records.
• Co-lead milieu and activity groups and support daily living tasks.
• Respond to crises with de-escalation and appropriate interventions.
