Job summary

The Well, representing a large independent wealth management firm, seeks an Executive Vice President of Advisor Wealth Experience and Platforms in Topeka, KS. This senior role owns the platform strategy and serves as the external face of technology strategy to advisors.

Leading a small team, you will align vendor relationships, measure initiatives against a strategic vision, and drive impact across operations, compliance, and sales. Relocation is available.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead wealth management systems and platform strategy with centralized vision.
• Serve as liaison between sales, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
• Act as external face of technology strategy to financial advisors.
• Evaluate, select, and manage tech vendors and platform partners.
• Measure outcomes and align initiatives with the strategic vision.
• Lead a small team of 3-4 direct reports and product owners.
• Communicate platform strategy clearly to leadership, advisors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategy execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance advisor experience via tech and platforms.
