Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree and active veterinary license in good standing.
• 10+ years of veterinary clinical experience.
• Experience leading across multiple hospitals or sites.
• Senior veterinary leadership roles such as Medical Director or Practice Owner preferred.
• Strong understanding of veterinary operations, finances, and hospital leadership.
• Passion for technology and innovation in veterinary medicine.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and change leadership skills.
• Location: Austin, TX preferred or near a major airport within hospital regions.

Responsibilities

• Advance medical excellence and veterinarian engagement across the network.
• Lead leadership development and technology adoption throughout hospitals.
• Preserve medical autonomy while shaping clinical practice across sites.
• Build relationships, share expertise, and develop future Medical Directors and veterinary leaders.
