Our Client is searching for a Chief Veterinary Medical Officer to join their dedicated team! They are a 24-hour Emergency and Referral facility is a one-of-a-kind specialty animal hospital composed of a cohesive group of experts who values teamwork and client experience. Competitive Compensation: Up to $250k base salary plus production.

Ideal Candidate:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent. Boarded or residency-trained specialists are preferred.

Active veterinary license in the state of TN is preferred, but not required, licensure fees will be covered.

Ideally, 5+ years of ER Veterinary Medicine practice experience.

Prior Medical Director experience.

Currently holds federal DEA licenses or eligible to obtain upon hire.

Proficiency in internal medicine, diagnostics, surgery and emergency care.

Passionate about building and fostering a strong team.

Ability to manage staff and outcomes with emotional intelligence.
