The Role

We’re looking for an innovative and experienced technology leader ready to build and scale our product from the ground up. Working closely with the CEO, you will define and execute Xenios' technology strategy, driving our AI-powered wellness platform and ensuring technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Vision & Strategy: Develop and implement a robust technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Product Development & Innovation: Lead the creation and iterative improvement of our AI-driven personalization engine, managing MVP development and beta testing.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.
• System Architecture & Infrastructure: Oversee design, scalability, and security of our platform.
• Integration & Partnerships: Collaborate with strategic partners (NBA, NFL, MLB networks, wellness influencers) to integrate external data and services.
• Technical Operations & Compliance: Ensure our IT systems meet regulatory standards and maintain operational excellence.
• Fundraising Support: Partner with the CEO to articulate our technological vision to investors and support fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in software engineering, product development, or technical management—ideally within health-tech, SaaS, or wellness sectors.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to scalable production.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading engineering teams.
• Passion for leveraging AI and other innovative technologies to transform industries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with C-suite executives and external partners.
