MoneyChoice is hiring to lead and grow an engineering organization focused on investment research pipelines, web/app products, and internal tools. The role emphasizes ownership of architecture, roadmap, and building a high-caliber team.

You will partner with product and markets to decide what to build, ensuring timely delivery while improving reliability, security, and model performance in production. Equity is part of the compensation, with remote work options in the US.

MoneyChoice is an investing organization that aims to increase the number of women in asset management, investment management, and investing. We also build tools for small businesses, like AnswerDesk (a 24/7 AI phone inbox) and TaxBooks.

Who we're looking for:

You have led engineering at a startup or product org, can still go deep in code or systems when needed, and want equity in a mission-driven investing company.

Compensation: Equity + competitive. Location: Remote · Silicon Valley.
