Product Marketing Mentor | Speaker | Founder-Led & Product-Led Growth Strategist | GTM, Use Case Clarity & Pre-Seed Funding for First-Time Founders

Location: USA/ 100% Remote

Compensation: Equity + performance-based cash

Responsibilities

1. Architect and build a scalable backend for a global skill certification and hiring marketplace.
2. Lead development of a certification engine that validates talent through project-based skill proof, not resumes.
3. Build secure, real-time workflows for hiring, contracting, and payments.
4. Design trust systems: reviewer scoring, fraud detection, credential validation.
5. Own all technical decisions: infrastructure, stack, integrations, hiring.
6. Collaborate directly with CEO to ship fast, test fast, scale fast.
7. Hire and lead technical team as product and market grow.
8. Prepare tech roadmap and infrastructure for scale: 10K+ users, 1K+ hires/month.
9. Develop IP around skill graphing, AI-assisted assessment, and embedded certification tooling.
10. Position platform as a new global standard for trusted, skill-based hiring.
