About the Role

We’re seeking a technical co-founder with the ability to lead platform development, manage technical growth, and integrate AI features into our core offering. You’ll work directly with the founder to scale a product that includes AI plan customization, risk analysis, and project management.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the tech architecture (frontend, backend, API, DevOps)
• Lead the design and integration of AI modules (LLMs, AI assistant, plan optimizers)
• Manage and grow the development team
• Drive technical decisions on scalability, security, and performance
• Collaborate closely on product direction and feature prioritization
• Ensure readiness for AI-enabled workflows and future ML components

You Should Have

• Full-stack engineering experience with marketplace or SaaS platforms
• Hands-on experience deploying or integrating AI APIs or LLMs (OpenAI, etc.)
• Familiarity with serverless or scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Clear understanding of product iteration in early-stage startups
• Strong prioritization and autonomy
• Bonus: knowledge of construction tech, BIM, or CAD integrations
