Hussh in Palo Alto, CA is seeking its first Chief Technology Officer to define the platform direction, architectural choices, and model strategy across on-device and cloud deployments. You will govern the consent vault, security posture, and evaluation gates that decide what ships for the private agent ecosystem.

The role requires 15+ years of engineering leadership, experience with frontier AI models, and delivering production systems with rigorous security and governance.

Formación

• 15+ years of engineering and technical leadership experience.
• Final technical authority on a platform with real revenue and users.
• Experience with frontier models and on-device constraints.
• Designs security-critical systems with threat models and incident posture.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technology thesis and multi-year bets on models, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Own the agent harness and model strategy across frontier providers with one evaluation gate.
• Own evaluation as the shipping authority and ensure claims are verifiable by evals.
• Own the consent and vault architecture with zero back doors and user-controlled data.
