Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Compensation: Equity-Only (Founding Team Role)

Commitment: ~40 hours/week

At Parking Pin, we’re fixing the frustrating and broken systems around parking — creating a platform that helps commuters find space, cities reduce chaos, and campuses operate smarter.

We’ve launched pilots, gathered real-world traction, and validated the need. Now, we’re assembling a founding team that believes in building something bigger — together.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a hands-on engineering leader with 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, ready to become a technical co-founder. You’re someone who can:

• Build, lead, and scale a product past MVP
• Thrive in a lean, early-stage environment
• Think strategically and act decisively
• Wear many hats — from coder to product thinker to tech visionary
• Most importantly: believe in the mission and own it like it’s yours

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the architecture and development of our web + mobile platform
• Ship features fast with React, React Native, .NET Core, and Postgres
• Set up infrastructure on Google Cloud (or help pivot to what fits best)
• Build the foundation for a future dev team — docs, processes, and culture
• Work closely with the founding team on roadmap, pilots, and user testing
• Create the tech vision that scales with the business

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack experience (React, backend frameworks, APIs)
• Comfortable with React / React Native / .NET Core / Postgres / GCP
• Past experience in startups or founder-level work strongly preferred
• Able to commit full-time (equity only for now, with paid role in future)
• Strong communicator, sharp problem-solver, collaborative by nature
• Bonus: Experience in mobility, GIS, IoT, or civic tech
• Frontend: React, React Native
• Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD, Slack, Figma
