Job description

We are seeking a seasoned CTO to lead our technology organization, with the primary mandate of rapidly accelerating new product development, engineering velocity, and delivery.

We are looking for a hands-on technology executive with 15+ years of experience who has successfully led software engineering organizations and can bring greater speed, rigor, and accountability to the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have meaningful AI experience and a strong point of view on how AI can be incorporated both into our products and into the software development process itself.

The CTO will lead approximately 16–18 people across Software Engineering, QA, Documentation, Support, and IT.
