Job summary

Shriners International seeks a Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) to lead the Fraternal Information Services (FIS) function and drive the technology roadmap across headquarters, temples, and business offices. The role oversees core platforms (WebFez, MDS, Mobile Noble), security, privacy, and operations.

You will partner with leadership to align technology with member needs and organizational goals while ensuring secure, compliant, and cost-effective IT services across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is required.
• Strong background in GUI-type software development tools (MS Visual Studio).
• Experience with SQL and relational database systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all Fraternal Information Services operations and personnel.
• Manage staffing, including hiring, promotions, performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Develop and manage the annual FIS budget.
• Monitor technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy risks affecting organizational systems and information assets.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve organizational effectiveness and security.
