Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product development efforts including hardware and software requirements definition, decomposition, allocation, management, verification, and validation of technical products and systems.
• Lead component trade studies, system integration, and characterization of system performance.
• Develop, track and present technical performance metrics.
• Lead MBSE processes to enhance development speed and quality in design-to-cost environments.
• Perform system design synthesis of complex electronic systems and lead design verification testing (lab, chamber, ground and flight).
• Develop simulations and analysis tools to predict system performance in various environments.
