Qualifications

• Board-certified in general surgery.
• Fellowship training in surgical oncology preferred.
• Established national reputation as an academic clinician-scientist with history of research funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape a multidisciplinary division: Breast, Melanoma, Endocrine, Sarcoma, HPB/UGI Surgery.
• Provide strategic leadership across clinical care, research, education, and faculty development.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain faculty; promote collaboration and academic advancement.
