Job summary

Naples College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks an experienced leader to serve as Associate Dean for Student Services, responsible for the integrated planning, oversight, assessment, and continuous improvement of student services.

The role unifies Admissions, Student Affairs, Financial Aid, Registrar, learning support, and wellbeing services; leads policy development, FERPA and accreditation compliance, staff development, and data‑driven improvements.

Qualifications

• An advanced graduate or professional degree from an accredited institution.
• Progressive leadership experience in student services, student affairs, or health professions education.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Experience with accreditation and regulatory expectations in medical education.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for integrated planning and continuous improvement of student services across Admissions, Student Affairs, Financial Aid, Registrar, learning support and wellbeing services.
• Develop policies; ensure FERPA compliance and accreditation standards; oversee student records and reporting.
• Lead and develop staff across divisions, manage budgets, and drive data-informed improvements.
