Qualifications

• Balance-sheet lending/cards/payments background required (not pure SaaS).
• Experience building agentic automation/workflows with Claude or similar AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Finance function and support leadership with quantitative analyses.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, headcount planning, and product forecasting.
