Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a Private 70m+ yacht.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled chief steward(ess) to join a private vessel, working alongside a great crew with long-term longevity onboard.

Requirements:

1. Strong management skills to supervise the Head of Service and Head of Housekeeping.
2. Excellent service skills.
3. Ability to anticipate the owner’s needs and suggest alternatives when necessary.
4. Solid resources, flexibility, and organizational skills.
5. Schengen visa.
6. French speaking is beneficial.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Mediterranean

Salary: Competitive, DOE

Leave: 90 days

Vessel Program and itinerary: Worldwide travel, Mediterranean for summer, private use.
