This role oversees stewarding teams responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and equipment management while enabling the successful execution of events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale conventions and special events.

In this role, the Chief Steward provides leadership, support and direction for stewarding operations in a fast-paced food & beverage operation. You will lead and inspire a diverse Cast of hourly stewards in partnership with culinary leaders and Cast. You will proactively work to exceed expectations and meet the needs of all food and beverage and catering leaders at the resorts and parks while fostering an environment of cleanliness and operational efficiency as a hallmark for Disney's standards for success. You will report to the Manager- Stewarding & Facilities Operations.
The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $62,200 to $83,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
