Moog’s Corporate Group is seeking a Chief Security Officer to advise on physical security, crisis management, insider threat, and travel/security for events. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and requires executive presence.
Based at the East Aurora, NY headquarters with a hybrid schedule, the CSO will build a global security program, drive safety culture, and ensure compliant, robust security standards across operations.

As the Chief Security Officer, you will act as the company’s primary advisor on physical security, crisis and incident management, insider threat, and travel and event security, ensuring consistent global standards while enabling local execution. You will be both strategic and operationally grounded, requiring executive presence, strong judgment, and deep subject-matter expertise.
You will work a hybrid schedule, at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY.

Buffalo, NY $180,000.00-230,000.00 Annually
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
