Saint Louis Science Center seeks a visionary leader to guide science, education, and learning experiences across galleries, exhibits, and the McDonnell Planetarium. This senior role collaborates with the President/CEO to advance institutional strategy and community partnerships, ensuring engaging, accessible, and scientifically sound experiences.

Qualifications

Proven ability to translate organizational vision into innovative programs and exhibits.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership collaboration.
Strong knowledge of informal science learning and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for science, education, galleries, exhibits, and the McDonnell Planetarium.
Lead the development of engaging, inclusive science experiences for diverse audiences.
Build and strengthen partnerships with schools, universities, scientists, and community organizations.
Oversee budgets, staffing, priorities, and resources to align with organizational goals.
Represent the Science Center with donors, partners, and professional organizations.
