Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience at the district level or as an administrator.
• Strong knowledge of school finance, budgeting, and resource management.
• Experience in strategic planning and evaluating programs for impact.
• A student-centered approach focused on improving outcomes for every learner.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership implementing Board policies and district initiatives.
• Serve as the primary advisor to the Board of Education.
• Oversee district budgeting, financial stewardship, and long-range planning.
• Lead instructional improvement and district-wide strategic initiatives.
• Foster positive relationships with staff, students, families, and community partners.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all laws governing public education.
