They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead their sales organization, drive revenue growth, and execute on the go-to-market strategy. This is a critical role reporting directly to the CEO, collaborating closely with the COO, CFO, and other key leaders.
Job Description: The ideal candidate is a proven VP of Sales or CSO with a strong track record in the HCM industry, including experience managing multiple sales teams. The CSO will focus efforts across 4 key strategy levers:

Location: This is a hybrid position where ideal candidates will be based in the Greater New England area with the ability to meet with customers and partners 3x/month in the Greater Boston market. Flexible for the right candidate based outside of the market with the ability to get to Boston 1x/month.
Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000
Total Comp: $400,000 - $500,000 + stock
