Job summary

Keyrock is seeking a Head of Risk to own the firm’s risk function end-to-end. This senior role requires strong quantitative risk expertise and the ability to implement and enforce a firm-wide risk framework across trading, treasury and investments in both CeFi and DeFi contexts.

You will co-design the risk architecture with the COO and CIO, covering data, analytics and real-time risk aggregation, with oversight across traditional and digital asset exposures.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in quantitative risk management, including market, credit and liquidity risk modelling.
• Experience designing firm-wide risk systems in collaboration with technology and operations teams.
• Ability to translate risk requirements into scalable infrastructure in crypto environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a quantitative risk framework for tradfi and crypto assets.
• Co-design and implement firm-wide risk management system with COO and CIO.
• Lead cross-functional teams across data, analytics and risk reporting.
• Define risk appetite and metrics for real-time monitoring and stress testing.
• Translate traditional risk methodologies to crypto-native markets (24/7, on-chain).
