Job summary

Fengate Asset Management seeks a Head of Responsible Investment to lead and evolve the firm’s RI framework across investments, governance, and reporting. You will drive ESG integration, stakeholder engagement, and accountability through data, analytics and external disclosures.

You will partner with investment teams and leadership to quantify sustainability impacts, manage risk, and support investor relations and fundraising, aligning RI with business strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in responsible investment, ESG, sustainability or private markets.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, energy management and decarbonization.
• Knowledge of reporting standards (SFDR, TCFD/ISSB, GRESB, UNPRI, GRI).
• Ability to influence decisions across teams and leadership.
• Degree in business, finance, economics, sustainability, engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Fengate’s responsible investment strategy.
• Integrate RI considerations into investment processes, governance and reporting.
• Manage data collection, analytics and carbon accounting per GHG, PCAF.
• Support investor relations, fundraising and regulatory disclosures.
• Provide thought leadership on RI and engage with external stakeholders.
