Job summary

Dobbs Equipment, LLC seeks a visionary VP – Rental Services to lead the newly formed Rental Services Division, reporting to the CEO and joining the executive management team. You will drive revenue growth, optimize fleet utilization, and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

You will manage multiple branches, oversee the P&L, set pricing, lead sales efforts, and build enduring customer relationships while championing safety, process discipline, and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in heavy equipment rental or related industry.
Experience managing multi-state and multi-location rental operations.
Deep understanding of fleet management and ROI life cycle for rental assets.
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management.
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Rental Services Division’s strategic plan to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
Identify new market opportunities, including dealership facility expansion and new product offerings that complement rental strategy.
Align rental strategy with dealership sales, service, and parts operations.
Oversee day-to-day operations of all rental locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Own the Rental Services Division P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost management.
Lead rental sales strategy and execution, including inside sales and outside sales. Build strong relationships with key accounts.
