Key Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule, and evaluate therapy staff

Collaborate on treatment planning and delivery

Lead onboarding, training, and quality assurance

Manage payroll, PTO, and interdepartmental schedules

Perform simulations and direct patient care as needed

Ensure compliance with hospital and state regulations

Liaise between therapists, physicians, and physicists

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program

ARRT-certified & CT licensed (required)

23 years' experience in radiation therapy with leadership exposure

A.S. required; B.S. strongly preferred (Healthcare/Personnel Management emphasis)

Strong communication, leadership, and teaching skills

Flexible, organized, and dedicated to excellent patient care

Technology & Equipment

Includes Varian Trilogy, TrueBeam, Novalis, Elekta Synergy, Gamma-Med, GE Advantage-Sim CT, Philips Brilliance, Leksell Gamma Knife, and RefleXion X1 with SCINTIX. Surface imaging technology also in use.
