The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 7 years of leadership experience in Quality Control. Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $145,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance leadership.
• Hands-on experience with GLP, cGMP, ISO, and MoCRA compliance.
• Experience implementing or managing electronic quality records.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Quality Control staff.
• Oversee Quality Management System, including document control.
• Develop departmental goals and drive continuous improvement.
