Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and six years of professional experience in research, analysis, program planning and evaluation, or administrative work.
• A master’s degree can substitute for one year of required experience; a doctorate can substitute for two years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex utility cases and provide technical guidance to Florida utility customers.
• Lead analyses of affordability, data center tariffs, storm hardening, hurricane restoration costs, and energy technology integration.
• Prepare memoranda, briefs, and recommendations to guide regulatory strategies and outcomes.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with attorneys in a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in depositions, cross-examinations, and expert-witness preparation to support litigation goals.
