Qualifications

• Admission to the Bar of Minnesota required.
• Five years’ experience as a practicing attorney in criminal law.
• Prior administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise district employees and offices.
• Hire, discipline or termination of employees under supervision.
• Supervises and evaluates attorneys and support personnel.
• Cooperate with court administration and State Public Defender on policy issues.
