Qualifications

• Admission to the Bar of Minnesota is required.
• Five years’ experience as a practicing attorney in criminal law.
• Prior administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise district employees and offices; oversee operations.
• Hire, discipline or terminate employees under supervision.
• Supervise and evaluate attorneys and support personnel.
• Respond to inquiries from the public about the District Office.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues with clients.
• Assign cases to ensure even workload distribution.
• Coordinate with court administration and judges on policy issues.
