If you are passionate about improving psychiatric care and have the skills to lead a growing team, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Talkiatry is seeking an addition to our psychiatry leadership team as we grow our footprint across the US into California and neighboring markets.
Increasing access to high quality psychiatric care is why Talkiatry exists. We knew that to accomplish our mission we needed to begin by building the ideal practice for psychiatrists. We have rapidly grown to a team of over 400 clinicians mostly comprised of board-certified Psychiatrists hailing from the top training programs across the country.
As Chief Psychiatrist, you will provide clinical leadership and support hiring, clinician engagement, mentorship, and supervise care delivery of a team of Psychiatrists. The ideal candidate has experience coaching psychiatrists to deliver high-quality care, championing the organization’s goals and strategies, developing policies, and possesses a strong ability to track, analyze, and manage performance metrics to drive success. You are intellectually curious and driven to improve systems for the benefit of patients.
