Qualifications

• Ability to deliver or oversee evidence-based treatments and ensure safe prescribing practices.
• Experience supervising psychiatrists, NPs, PAs, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychiatric care as needed, including assessment, pharmacologic treatment, and follow-up care for complex cases.
• Lead and mentor clinical leaders and psychiatry staff; conduct performance evaluations and competency assessments.
• Drive strategic planning, policy development and resource allocation within mental health services.
