Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years progressive experience in health care administration, provider contracting, and/or managed care.
• 8 years experience in a progressive leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and administration of provider network strategies across contracting, reimbursement, access and quality.
• Executes complex provider contract negotiations with alignment to enterprise objectives and regulations.
• Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Legal to support new business opportunities and respond to RFPs.
• Leads provider network operations and related teams to ensure access, affordability and quality outcomes.
• Provides leadership for new product development ensuring alignment with enterprise growth and customer objectives.
• Guides provider policy interpretation and escalates issues as needed.
