Job summary

Auberle seeks a Chief Program Officer (CPO) at its Main Campus in McKeesport, PA. The CPO will steward strategic pursuit, design, delivery, and measurement of programs, reporting to the COO.

This is a senior executive role overseeing multiple departments to maximize social impact. Responsibilities include translating vision into scalable services, leading program directors, establishing data-driven benchmarks, and guiding budgeting with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; relevant leadership experience valued.
• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Ten years of management and leadership experience.
• Experience with contracts, budgets, and highly regulated programming.
• Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
• Proficiency with data-driven decision-making tools and EHR/case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: translate vision into scalable programs and services.
• Team leadership: supervise program directors/managers and develop staff.
• Impact evaluation: set benchmarks and report outcomes to board/donors.
• Budget oversight: collaborate on annual program budgets and fund allocation.
