Responsibilities

• Develop and implement grantmaking strategies aligned with community needs.
• Lead program oversight across grantmaking, engagement, and capacity building.
• Partner with President and senior team; oversee staff in President's absence.
• Cultivate partnerships with government, nonprofits, business and educational groups.
• Oversee grant applications, due diligence, and trustee materials.
• Monitor and report progress against the RMF strategic plan.
• Represent organization to external audiences.
