Job summary

Alltrna is seeking a Senior leader to drive program management and business operations for its innovative tRNA therapeutics. The role focuses on advancing early-stage drug development from research through IND enabling and clinical phases, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, resource prioritization, and timely milestones.

The position requires extensive experience in pharma/biotech drug discovery and development, plus a proven ability to lead complex programs and collaborate

Qualifications

• BS/MS in life sciences or chemistry.
• 15+ years in pharma/biotech drug discovery and development.
• 10+ years in program management, preferably in rare genetic diseases or advanced therapies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• lead cross-functional program teams for the company's lead asset, AP003, ensuring strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and timely delivery;
• manage operational planning, resource allocation, and performance metrics;
• drive collaboration across scientific, clinical, and business functions;
• support strategic planning, communication, and partnership activities;
• serve as Chief of Staff and facilitate organizational efficiencies.
