The JCC of Binghamton, NY seeks a Chief Program Officer to lead its Early Childhood, Youth & Family, Arts & Culture, and Camp programs. You will coach directors, drive strategy, and build strong partnerships to expand impact in Broome County.

Lead a team of directors and 100+ staff, steward program budgets, and ensure compliance while fostering innovation, collaboration, and exceptional member experiences in a centennial community nonprofit.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in nonprofit management, education, business administration, recreation, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multiple departments within a nonprofit or community organization.
• Proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering impactful programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across departments and with community partners.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for Early Childhood, Youth & Family, Arts & Culture, and Camp programs.
• Lead and develop directors, managers, coordinators, and 100+ staff through coaching and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Membership, Marketing, Development, Finance, Facilities, Health & Wellness, and other departments to deliver an exceptional member experience and advance priorities.
• Monitor program performance and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee program budgets and fiscal stewardship.
