Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in the nonprofit sector.
• Proven track record in program development, strategic planning, and growth.
• Experience securing federal, state, and private funding opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with leadership, boards, partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight of vocational, community-based, and cultural programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand services and generate sustainable revenue.
• Identify and secure funding opportunities and oversee grant development.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with businesses, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality service delivery, and long-term program sustainability.
