This executive will set a bold product vision, embed AI into the product experience and development process, and empower high-velocity teams to drive customer value at scale. With full oversight of Product, Engineering, Design, and User Research, this leader will unite strategy and execution, shape platform evolution, and foster a customer-first culture that accelerates innovation and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Define a compelling product vision that unlocks long-term business value and deepens user engagement
- Lead discovery, experimentation, and product design processes that surface bold, customer-centric innovations
- Embed feedback loops and structured testing into product development to inform strategy and optimize outcomes
AI Enablement & Platform Modernization
- Champion AI adoption across the platform to drive automation, personalization, and feature-level intelligence
- Oversee architecture decisions that enable scalable, modular, and secure infrastructure for long-term growth
- Guide technical rebuilds and system evolution efforts to accelerate speed to market and product performance
Agile Execution & Delivery
- Instill a high-velocity product and engineering culture rooted in iteration, transparency, and measurable outcomes
- Build operating models, rituals, and tooling that support empowered teams and consistent delivery at scale
- Develop and execute a clear roadmap that balances innovation with near-term execution across product lines
Organizational Design & Culture
- Redesign teams, workflows, and accountability models to maximize output and collaboration across functions
- Create a product culture that values experimentation, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement
- Develop technical career ladders and frameworks for engineering excellence and design innovation
Cross-Functional & Commercial Alignment
- Partner closely with go-to-market, customer success, and operations leaders to inform product strategy
- Ensure product development reflects market needs, customer feedback, and strategic priorities
- Lead product launches and establish clear feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders
- Inspire and scale a multidisciplinary team across product, engineering, design, and research
- Foster a culture of inclusion, trust, and high performance that attracts and retains top-tier talent
- Serve as a core member of the executive team, contributing to strategic planning and company-wide alignment
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior leadership experience overseeing product and engineering in high-growth, tech-enabled environments
- Proven success shipping customer-facing products that drive measurable business and user impact
- Experience leading product and technology functions for a company generating approximately $100M in annual revenue or more
- Expertise embedding AI capabilities into both external features and internal development workflows
- Experience leading platform modernization efforts, including infrastructure transformation and technical rebuilds
- Ability to scale and manage distributed global teams with strong cross-cultural fluency
- Deep understanding of agile delivery, CI/CD, test automation, developer tooling, and operational excellence
- Track record of building high-velocity teams that balance speed, quality, and innovation
- Strong commercial orientation and experience aligning product strategy with market dynamics and GTM plans
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and comfort operating in dynamic environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced technical or business degree preferred
