TE Connectivity is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer for Product & Embedded Systems (Remote) to define and govern cybersecurity for high-speed data center products. You will oversee hardware, firmware, and software security across the full product lifecycle, driving secure design and incident response while aligning with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, with strong emphasis on embedded systems and/or hardware-integrated products.

Responsibilities

• Define cybersecurity strategy and governance for product development in the DDN Business Unit.
• Integrate secure design principles for hardware, firmware, and software across lifecycle.
• Lead threat modeling, risk assessments and remediation planning.
• Establish SPDLC with secure coding standards and reviews.
• Oversee vulnerability management, testing, and disclosure processes.
• Define supplier cybersecurity requirements and perform risk assessments on components.
• Collaborate with system architects on secure communication, crypto, and key management.
• Develop incident response plans and coordinate with customers during security events.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/NIST frameworks and customer security assessments.
