Augintel, a SaaS provider enhancing child welfare outcomes, seeks a Chief Product Officer to steer strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution. This role partners with the CEO, engineering, revenue, marketing, and customer impact to translate vision into a cohesive product direction over 12–36 months.

The person will establish rhythms that align annual strategy with quarterly execution, balance customer commitments with long-term investments, and build scalable product management processes

Qualificações

• The right person is both strategic and hands-on.
• They can articulate a compelling multi-year product vision and care about roadmap discipline.
• Experience scaling in founder-led organizations transitioning to operational maturity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate annual strategic product objectives into measurable quarterly execution.
• Lead company-wide planning processes like annual planning and quarterly reviews.
• Establish cadence of product and go-to-market execution across the organization.
• Monitor progress against objectives and proactively identify execution risks.
• Own Augintel’s product strategy in partnership with the CEO, Engineering, Revenue, Marketing and Customer Impact.
• Translate CEO vision and market insight into a cohesive 12–36 month product roadmap.
• Balance near-term customer commitments with long-term strategic investments.
• Establish prioritization frameworks guiding starts/stops/accelerations.
