Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Additional professional training in product strategy, product management, or technology leadership is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead product vision, strategic priorities, and long-term roadmap.
• Oversee the product portfolio and establish development priorities based on customer needs and business value.
• Direct product lifecycle from research and concept through design, development, launch and iteration.
• Evaluate industry trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Incorporate customer feedback and market research to improve usability and value.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and finance to ensure execution.
• Oversee product launch planning, positioning, and readiness with the business teams.
• Establish KPIs to measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact.
• Advise executives on opportunities, investments, and market positioning with data-driven analysis.
• Lead and mentor product teams, fostering accountability and innovation.
